Inside Sales Lead

Key Skills:

The successful applicant must be well organised, positive, highly motivated and committed to providing a top-quality service to our customers. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred. Experience in using CRM would be a distinct advantage. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office packages and ideally sage 50.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with building a sales pipeline to drive new business growth in line with revenue milestones
  • Producing and sending out quotations using word and sage 50
  • Assisting with the management of key accounts
  • Familiarisation and liaising with customer and inter-departmental requirements
  • Assisting Sales Managers with lead management
  • Making outbound calls to generate appointments
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and various company databases
  • Producing management Information on both an ad-hoc basis for client meetings and monthly internal reporting purposes
  • Developing strong working relationships with Sales Managers
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives
