Michael joined the Thompson Group in March 2017 as a tooling tester, and his skills and enthusiasm quickly made him stand out. In just 11 short months he was promoted to Workshop Supervisor, and shortly afterwards, Workshop Manger. Now as Operations Manager - Services, he liaises with key stakeholders of the business to ensure work is completed on time, with consistency, to the highest of standards. He forms a key part of our professional senior management team.

Louise joined the organisation with a wealth of skills and experience in the world of finance. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensure that our busy accounts department runs effectively and efficiently at all times. Although selling products and services is the key to the success of any organisation, professionally managed accounts is equally important, to ensure smooth cash-flow and a financially health business. Louise fully appreciates this and assures it happens at all times.
